Strike Me a Pose Ltd Refund Policy
Strike Me a Pose Ltd is committed to providing our customers with the best possible experience. If you are not satisfied with our services for any reason, we will do our best to resolve the issue. However, if we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, you may be eligible for a refund.
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
- You must have booked and paid for your service in advance.
- You must have notified us of your dissatisfaction with our services within 24 hours of your event.
- You must have returned all of the equipment and materials that were provided to you.
Refund Amount
The amount of your refund will depend on the specific circumstances of your case. However, in most cases, you will be refunded the full amount of your booking, minus any non-refundable deposits.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us by email or phone. We will review your request and issue a refund if you are eligible. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
Exceptions
There are a few exceptions to our refund policy. For example, we will not issue refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of your event, or for events that are cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, such as bad weather.
